Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time special education teaching position is available in Menomonie, WI, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This onsite role offers the opportunity to support diverse learners in a K-12 school setting, providing specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience working with K-12 students requiring special education services
• Knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education laws
• Ability to collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Certification or licensure in special education as required by state standards

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement specialized lesson plans that accommodate students unique learning needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to assessment and goal-setting processes
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote student success
