We have been in business for over 22 years and we are looking to grow and scale the business forward. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gainesville, FL for a Spa Director. The Spa Director will be the perfect match with our Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the human resource department, ensure exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming environment for clients. The role involves budgeting, overseeing sales performance, scheduling, managing inventory, and creating promotional strategies. Must have experience growing and scaling businesses. The Spa Director will also be responsible for the training and development of spa personnel to maintain our high standards of service.
