Bolt Farm Treehouse , an award-winning mountaintop retreat and spa in Tennessee, seeks an experienced and visionary Spa Director to lead our luxury spa's launch and daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate a wellness experience that blends luxury, nature, and intentional living. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the vision for the spa, ensuring alignment with Bolt Farm Treehouse's ethos of
• luxury, wellness, and sustainability.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day spa operations, integrating smart technology and automation to enhance guest experiences.
• Team Development : Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• Guest Experience : Curate a luxurious and restorative spa menu that provides guests with unforgettable and unique experiences, ensuring high guest return rates.
• Financial Management : Manage the spa's finances, maximizing profitability while upholding the highest standards of luxury.

e : Referral reward payable after six months of employment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Spa Director or in a leadership role in a luxury spa environment.
• Strong passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating transformative guest experiences.
• Business acumen with a track record of financial management and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to recruit, inspire, and develop a team.
• Tech-savvy, with a focus on using smart technology to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for luxury service.
• Licensure as an aesthetician or massage therapist is preferred but not required.
