Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and adhere to food safety standards
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food handling, customer service, or related field preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills for order processing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of sanitization standards for maintaining a clean dining environment
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant technology is a plus
- Culinary knowledge or interest is advantageous
