Toll Brothers , America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a  Senior Video Production Manager to join our team at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

Within Marketing, the Brand and Creative team is charged with being the creators and keepers of the company’s voice and visual identity. This collaborative team maintains a deep commitment to delivering the same level of quality craftsmanship in our work product as the company has in its homes for over 50 years.

The Senior Video Production Specialist will play a critical role in creating video content for Toll Brothers. This exciting opportunity allows the ideal candidate to contribute to all aspects of video process, from pre- to post-production, and will help to drive our video content strategy forward. With a key focus on content, you’ll create exceptional and compelling video, help push and elevate our video standards, and work with our talented Brand and Creative team to elevate all aspects of video content.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Create innovative, engaging video that reflects the luxury and quality of our products
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and develop concepts for video projects. Translate ideas into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and target audience
• Edit footage obtained from external vendors into cohesive narratives while maintaining brand standards and creative vision
• Occasionally lead our own video productions where you will play integral roles throughout, including storyboarding, capture (utilizing our in-house lights, cameras, mics), and editing/post-production
• Work with designers to develop brand-appropriate title sequences and motion graphics content
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and skill enhancement to enhance overall capabilities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and production schedules
• Mentor junior team members to help develop their post-production skills

Do you have these ?

• Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in editing, shooting, and motion graphics.
• 5+ years video production experience with an in-house design team or agency environment
• A confident and passionate creative who loves the idea of working across all aspects of the video process
• A strong understanding of each stage of the production: storyboarding, lighting, sound, camera work, editing, and motion graphics
• A ownership-driven mentality that will seek out what needs to be accomplished and do it
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently, a self-starter
• An obsessive eye for detail and quality and ability to work in the luxury space
• A solid understanding of videography principles including composition, lighting, pace, and timing
