The Role

We're seeking a senior UX/UI designer to take ownership of our digital presence, focusing on improving our customer-facing platform and website. This is a fully remote position working with teams across Europe and Asia timezones.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for our digital products
• Lead UX improvements for our ecommerce enablement platform, with emphasis on user flows and interface design
• Maintain and evolve our website design and app design
• Develop and implement a cohesive design system across all digital touchpoints
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team and developers to bring designs to life
• Document design decisions and maintain design libraries in Figma

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise
• Experience designing B2B websites and mobile apps
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Vercel, and similar platforms
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Independent working style with strong documentation habits
• Demonstrated experience working with a global platform/product

Bonus Skills

• HTML/CSS knowledge to slice your own designs
• Experience working with product teams in the ecommerce or SaaS space
• Experience designing for international markets and users

Salary Range

$100,000- $125,000 (USD) depending on experience
