Our client, a well-established accounting and advisory firm in Miami, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation, with a particular focus on international tax compliance and advisory services. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s in Taxation a plus).
• CPA license or actively pursuing certification.
• 3–6 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a public accounting or advisory firm.
• Proven experience with international tax matters and compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $90,000 – $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications
