JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead medium to high-complexity projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to cost, delivery, and quality metrics
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements
• Manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Monitor daily production schedules and provide technical solutions to resolve issues
• Create detailed status reports and financial tracking documents
• Maintain project documentation and deliverables
• Present technical information to various stakeholders
• Support larger program initiatives with expansions to other sites and/or states
• Mentor junior project managers
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams throughout project lifecycle
• Recommend and implement process improvements

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in power distribution/generation
• Demonstrated knowledge of UL standards (891, 1558, 67, 857, 1008, 62368/60950)
• Strong communication and leadership skills. Must be comfortable communicating directly with customers and key stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 25% to domestic sites around the United States
• PMP certification desired
