Senior Product Manager, Computational Chemistry

• Lead the product development of a suite of drug discovery software to commercialization.
• Make an impact in drug discovery and development as you guide product management.

Responsibilities:

1. Launch a new platform that will enhance drug discovery processes for clients.
2. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on voice of the customer and industry trends.
3. Collaborate with software development and sales/marketing teams to develop high-quality products.
4. Create measurable KPIs and product roadmaps based on user specifications.
5. Build strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and thought leaders.
6. Provide product training and support to sales and customer support teams.

Essential Experience:

• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and execute a product roadmap.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Essential Qualifications:

• Advanced degree and strong understanding of computational chemistry, cheminformatics, and other related technologies.
• Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
