* You have a demonstrated track record and hands-on experience in data management/data stewardship areas, including use of Collibra or other data profiling and curation tools
* You have an understanding of data concepts, including data design and modeling, as well as SQL, BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) and Big data.
* You have strong story telling experience with data visualizations in Tableau, Looker, etc.
* You have prior experience in the retail or finance business domains
* You have Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills and can build strong cross-functional relationships
* You are comfortable with shifting priorities in fast moving environment
* Lead, research and develop a broad data landscape and methodology for data ventures use
* Quickly develop the business knowledge required to support data ventures ecosystem and governance activities
* Partner with Account and product teams to define metrics and KPIs that drive results
* Work with the business, product, engineers, and the data stewards from other areas to ensure data best practices are designed and implemented proactively
* Create resilient and sustainable data analysis process and data quality rules.
* Establish guidelines and protocols that govern the proliferation of data to ensure that data controls are enforced
* Ensure the highest quality of data is maintained through the data lifecycle
* Develop a deep understanding and alignment to the Data Governance program and policy requirements
* Define & create data assets in the enterprise data catalog
* Work with data stewards across the organization to ensure data best practices are being leveraged and enforced
