As the Senior HR Leader , your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of employee benefits programs (health, retirement, time off, holidays, R&R etc.) and employee relations within the organization. You will play an important role in designing, implementing, and administering competitive and comprehensive benefits packages for employees across the Americas region.
