THE DEPARTMENT
At Anisa International, the office of the CEO sets the standard for business functions ensuring that all operations pertaining to the CEO and the overall organization run smoothly. This includes providing strategic guidance, supporting business processes and procedures, administrative assistance, coordinating corporate philanthropic efforts, organizing company events, and more. This team is pivotal in maintaining effective decision-making and streamlined workflows within our company.

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO who can architect, elevate, and seamlessly manage the administrative and project management needs of the Chief Executive Officer across her daily endeavors for our global business, D to C brands, and philanthropic ventures.
This position serves as an administrative right hand to the CEO and will be responsible for collaboratively conveying the CEO’s vision and voice, both within the organization and externally. Managing the flow of information and acting as both a gatekeeper and a gateway for the CEO by facilitating connections with stakeholders while also creating space for the CEO to focus on the broader, long-term company vision, will be critical in this role.
The successful candidate will thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment bringing expertise and experience in responsive, and effective support, by incorporating a forward-thinking, can-do attitude, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
The position requires a focus on delivering the highest level of written and verbal communication while maintaining a team-player mentality, and the ability to work supportively with others.
