Role Overview:

As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll play a vital role in our agency's success by building strong client relationships and ensuring excellent service. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their insurance options and providing solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, assisting with inquiries about policies, coverage options, claims, billing, and more.

Support customer retention and satisfaction by delivering an outstanding client experience.

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
