Duties:

Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes
Provide zealous advocacy and expert legal guidance throughout the case process
Collaborate with a team of top-tier attorneys and legal professionals
Maintain case files, document progress, and ensure compliance with legal procedures
Participate in strategy sessions and contribute to case development
Engage in client communication, offering personalized service for satisfaction and clarity
Stay current on criminal defense strategies, case law, and legal trends
Manage caseload efficiently for timely case resolutions

Minimum Requirements:

10 years of experience practicing criminal defense law
Active member of the California State Bar
Proven success in criminal defense cases
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to exceptional client service

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

Strong advocacy and litigation skills
Ability to manage high caseloads and deadlines
Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
