Senior Atlassian Administrator (Jira) Description

We are seeking a Senior Atlassian Administrator (Jira) to join our transformation unit and contribute to enhancing our operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will utilize their deep knowledge of Jira and Atlassian tools to develop, implement, and maintain customized Jira workflows, all while collaborating with various teams to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Jira automation workflows for increased operational efficiency
• Customize Jira projects, fields, screens, and dashboards to suit project requirements
• Facilitate integration of Jira with external tools and applications via API connections and custom plugin development
• Create and manage complex reports and dashboards utilizing JQL for strategic insights and performance tracking
• Maintain and optimize individual Jira workflows and extensions
• Collaborate with project managers and team leads to gather specific system requirements
• Work alongside IT and software development teams to ensure changes are in alignment with organizational goals
• Engage in cross-functional teams to contribute to project successes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in configuring and managing Jira along with other Atlassian tools
• Demonstrated capability to implement custom Jira workflows and optimize the Jira ecosystem
• Proficiency in workflow automation and customization specific to Jira
• Skills in API usage and plugin development for system integrations with Jira
• Competency in creating detailed reports and dashboards using JQL
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills is a must

Salary range €3.5K-€5.5K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
