Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to meet customer expectations.
• Act as a servant leader, ensuring that the team has the resources they need to succeed.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog.
• Track and manage sprint progress, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and conducting regular retrospectives.
• Coach the team to higher levels of maturity in agile practices at a sustainable pace.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency across teams in applying Scrum principles.
• Ensure adherence to agile processes while encouraging innovation and flexibility.
• Contribute to T&T proposal activities and all other duties as assigned by T&T managers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and roles
• Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead teams through change

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in a DevOps or CI/CD environment
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software development practices

Education/Experience:

• 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment

Certifications (Required):

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
