Scrum Master
Fully Remote
6+ months
1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master. SAFe experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages all aspects of one to three IT Epics from planning to deployment.
Create, manage and execute project schedule for each epic.
Facilitate team level processes and execution, escalate impediments, manage risks, and helps drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate Scrum Events- daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives in collaboration with the teams.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent engineering skillset, training, or technical work experience (required)
1-2 years of experience as a scrum master, in addition to 3+ years of experience as a project manager
Solid understanding of agile methodology, scrum, SAFe, and agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
