Weโre looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support agile teams in order optimization and payments within a complex enterprise environment. If you have a strong background in Agile frameworks, servant leadership, and coaching cross-functional teams , weโd love to connect!
Key Responsibilities:
๐น Guide, coach, and motivate teams to enhance productivity and agile maturity.
๐น Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
๐น Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
๐น Oversee scope, timelines, quality, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
๐น Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive Agile best practices.
๐น Support Agile SDLC adherence and promote continuous improvement.
๐น Participate in Scrum of Scrums and coordinate across teams.
Must-Have Skills:
โ Proven Scrum Master experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
โ Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and Lean Agile principles .
โ Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
โ Ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
โ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
