Job Description

Scrum Master Location: Remote

GTS Scrum Master: In this role you will act as the Scrum Master for the GTS (Global Trade Services) Project Team and provide project management support for SAP Deployments and other strategic projects for the IT Organization. Key daily activities in this role will include: • Leading scrum calls to review and prioritize daily work amongst team members • Working with GTS functional analysts and developers to assign work based on team priorities, timelines, and resource bandwidth • Creation of Epics and Stories in Jira, our online tool for project management • Reviewing statuses of the Change Requests in our monthly releases and regional deployments to ensure we are on track to meet all project deadlines and metrics

In addition to the above Scrum Master tasks there will be opportunity to lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly calls with the Global Trade Services team to review upcoming projects, align on strategic priorities, and follow established protocols to ensure continuity and success within the IT Organization.

A resource in this role will need: • Strong organizational skills • The confidence and ability to communicate clearly via email and in meetings to assign work, review timelines, and check status of work with many team members • Project Management experience to manage changing priorities and timelines • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Experience using Jira (not required, but helpful)
