Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This on-site position involves providing behavior analysis services to a caseload of 10 to 15 students. The BCBA will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide ongoing consultation to school staff on effective behavioral strategies to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students with behavioral challenges
Write and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
Consult regularly with school staff to support the application of behavior strategies
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Experience working with students with behavioral needs is preferred
