Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the salon.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-ins and check-outs
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's calendar effectively
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately using salon software
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with retail sales of salon, spa and boutique products,
- Communicate effectively with clients, stylists, and other staff members
- Salon cleanliness and tidiness resposibilities
Experience
-Salon or Boutique experience preferred but will train the right person
Hours Needed (Please only apply if you are looking for part time hours that fit what we need.) Must be available to work year round including during college breaks. Closed major holidays.
Monday- occasional
Wednesday - 8:30 am-2 pm
Friday - 8 am-2:30 pm
Saturdays- rotating 2 per month. shifts 8 am-12 pm, 12 pm-4 pm or 8 am-4pm
