Salesforce Intern- Summer 2025 Internship in
Atlanta, GA .
TKE ONE is modernizing and unifying our business platforms to establish industry leadership and secure unprecedented profitable growth. By using Salesforce, a world-class technology platform, we will bring together Sales, Field Operations, Call Centers, and Shared Services onto one shared platform where we can see the end-to-end lifecycle of customer engagement. The TKE One Intern will help with the adoption, rollout and stabilization on the TKE One platform. The role can be virtual and necessary IT equipment will be provided to do the work.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Salesforce Expertise : Configure and manage Salesforce applications to support TKE One program objectives, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, and integration tools.
- User Support & Training : Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to enhance adoption of Salesforce features. Responsible for preventing data loss and service interruptions by researching new technologies that will effectively protect a network.
- Customization & Development: Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and Apex triggers.
- Data Management : Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity across Salesforce systems. Manage data deduplication and cleansing processes.
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging Salesforce features to enhance operational efficiency and KPI tracking.
- Continuous Improvement : Monitor system performance, implement updates, and introduce new Salesforce features to maximize the value of the platform.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce configurations with business needs and ensure alignment with program goals.
Who we are looking for EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: - Seeking candidate that is currently enrolled in college, in a IT related field
- Certified Salesforce Administrator / Development/ Agent force
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university studying one of the following disciplines (or similar): Computer Science, Cyber / Information Security, or Computer Information systems.
- Salesforce Expertise : Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
- Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs for custom development and integrations.
- Problem-Solving : Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and resolve complex system issues.
- Data Management : Skilled in ensuring data integrity, performing migrations, and creating actionable reports/dashboards.
- Collaboration : Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability : Agile mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and stay current with evolving Salesforce features and tools.
