Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals.

Our client is a well-established specialty dentistry practice in Montreal, known for its patient-focused approach and modern techniques. They are looking to hire a Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you'll expand the practice’s network, strengthen referral partnerships, and position the practice as the preferred choice through trust, shared values, and consistent results.

If you have experience selling into Dental practices and have established contacts in the industry, this role is a perfect fit for you!

Territory: Greater Montreal area

Work Place: Work from home and occasional visits to the downtown Montreal office

Products/Services: Specialty dental services

Salary: $60 000 to $80 000

Commissions/Bonus: 40,000$-50,000$ first year

Car allowance: $/km + monthly allowance

Expenses reimbursement: All expenses are reimbursed

Functions :

• Identify and engage potential referring general dentists and specialists in the Montreal area
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing referral partners
• Conduct regular follow-ups, in-person visits, and touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and alignment
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns (events, lunch & learns, workshops) tailored to dental professionals
• Promote the practice's services, values, and clinical expertise
• Participate at dental conferences, trade shows, and industry events
• Gather feedback from referral partners to understand their needs and expectations

Requirements :

Development vs Maintenance: 50% VS 50%

Road vs Office: 80% VS 20%

Languages: French and English (perfectly bilingual)

Education: Post secondary education is a must, Bachelors degree preferred

Training: Onsite training provided

Overnight Travel: twice a year (events)

Years’ of experience: 5-7 years experience in a similar position.

• Outgoing and an extraverted personality

Transferable contacts: Contacts within dentistry industry is a must have

Transferable Knowledge: Understanding of the dental industry
