• Execute lead generation strategies to acquire new prospects and clients.
• Source and cultivate high-potential leads to fuel the sales pipeline.
• Emphasize or recommend service features based on research of customers' needs and vendor capabilities and limitations.
• Monitor market conditions, innovations, and competitors' services, prices, and sales.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and offer our services.
• Develop sales presentations or proposals to explain service specifications.
• Attend sales or trade meetings or read related publications to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, regulations, or industry developments.
• Distribute promotional materials at meetings, conferences, or trade shows.
• Canvas and meet with local business and travel nation wide to meet and bring in customers.
• Contact prospective or existing customers to discuss how services can meet their needs via cold calling.
• Manage email follow-up and newsletter
• Manage customer relationships and track progress using the CRM system
• Answer customers' questions about services, prices, availability, or credit terms.
• Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
• Quote prices, credit terms, contract terms, or fulfillment dates for services.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Create forms or agreements to complete sales.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction with the service to maintain and grow the business dealings.
• Provide periodic progress reports to upper management.
