Are You a High-Performing, Money-Motivated Sales Professional?
We're looking for INDEPENDENT salespeople to join our growing team. Our printing business specializes in direct mail marketing for local businesses. We are looking for a salesperson to add more clients to the local markets that we are expanding to. As a sales rep, you will be reaching out to local businesses either in person or over the phone whichever you prefer. You will be closing deals as well, as an independent sales representative for the business.
You will have the option to work remotely, you will not have to report to our office.

As a Sales Representative, you'll:
Engage Leads: Connect with prospective customers who have expressed interest and requested more information through our marketing efforts. Your role is to qualify these prospects and guide them toward tailored solutions.
Consult & Close: Identify customer needs, work independently or as part of a team to recommend tailored precious metal solutions and close high-value sales.
Deliver Value: Build customer trust by offering expert support, exceptional service, and ethical sales practices.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
3 years of proven sales success preferred, preferably in high-ticket telesales, financial services, or similar industries.
Coachable student-like mentality.
Excellent communication skills to convey value and close deals over the phone.
Proficiency with CRM and phone systems to efficiently manage sales activities and communications.
Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with Mac computers, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.

Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Commission-Only (High Earning Potential)
