Position Overview:
Sales Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and developing Account Executives & Loan Officers

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for identifying, researching, and sourcing potential recruits for our Wholesale/Retail Division
  • Sales Recruiter will manage the pipeline of candidates including the contact, initial meetings and follow-up activities leading to the decision to make the potential candidate a firm offer of employment with American Heritage Lending
  • Build a strong working relationship with Sales Leadership, and Executive team to understand their vision, core values and priorities for each market and candidate
  • Maintain a daily presence on LinkedIn and all AHL recruiting platforms
  • Validate potential candidates production using data sources (MMI)
  • Turn in weekly scorecard to leadership with activities documented
  • Understanding AHL Culture/Vision
Experience & Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and Excel
  • Excellent level of oral and written communication
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Comparable recruiting experience required
  • At least 1 year of sales recruiting experience required
