$90,000 - $100,000 + Up to $50,000 in Multiple Bonuses + Commission!

Are you a motivated Sales Engineer looking for full control over your territory, the ability to sell multi-million-dollar solutions, and the potential to earn $150k - $200k and beyond?
Do you have experience in the steel industry (or experience with Gears or Bearings) looking to step into a fully autonomous, high-earning role with clear progression to Business Development Manager or Sales Director?

They are looking for an experienced technical salesperson to manage a Houston-based territory, building relationships with end-users, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue in a market filled with untapped potential.
In this role, you’ll be fully remote, setting your own schedule and traveling around 60-70% of the time across Houston and occasionally up to Dallas. You’ll have the tools to succeed, including a company credit card, car allowance, and complete freedom to develop your territory.
With multiple commission and bonus structures, your earnings will grow with your success; whether you're closing single-component sales or securing multi-million-dollar projects!
