We're Hiring: Safety Trainer | Build a Culture of Safety

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 Annually

On-site in Mokena, IL

As a key player on our Safety team, you'll help shape the culture of safety at our company—far beyond just meeting compliance standards. You'll deliver dynamic safety training, support new hire orientations, and ensure we’re meeting OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements while keeping safety top-of-mind for everyone from drivers to office staff.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Safety Training Manager to develop, improve, and deliver safety training programs
• Facilitate weekly new hire safety orientation sessions
• Lead engaging training on topics like OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, Forklift Safety, Confined Space Entry, and more
• Track and document all training to ensure compliance and improvement
• Drive a safety-first mindset through creative communication and behavior-based safety observation

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience delivering group training (safety-related a big plus!)
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, or other safety regulations
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license (you’ll be driving a company vehicle)
• Ability to travel 10-20%
