Job Details
What You’ll Do:
? Champion safety as a top priority, ensuring a culture where safety always comes first
? Implement and oversee project safety programs, developing policies and procedures to keep workers safe
? Lead training sessions and safety meetings, including new hire orientation
? Monitor heavy civil construction operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations
? Investigate incidents, assess risks, and implement proactive solutions
? Analyze safety data and project statistics to drive continuous improvement
? Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to uphold the highest safety standards
? Act as a key resource for regional safety teams, driving company-wide safety excellence
What You Bring to the Table:
? 5+ years of experience in construction safety leadership and programs
? Deep knowledge of heavy civil construction and project safety management
? OSHA 500
? A degree in Occupational Health & Safety (preferred) or relevant certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals
