Job Description

Title: Roofing Project Manager

Pay: $90k - $110k

Location: Charleston, SC

Type: Direct hire

Industry: Commercial/Residential Roofing

Responsibilities

Oversee project preparation, execution, and closeout
Handle purchase orders and requisitions
Review contracts and ensure all permits and warranties are in place
Schedule pre-planning and pre-roofing meetings
Coordinate schedules with clients and subcontractors
Maintain job site records and monitor job progress
Resolve technical and contractual issues
Support the Superintendent with materials and scheduling
Manage change orders and project final costs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
Two (2)+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a roofing company- working with windows, siding and doors
OSHA-30, First Aid/CPR/Blood borne pathogen training, may require other specific equipment license or training
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Scheduling
Driver’s license is required
Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
