Hourly Rate: Min: $25.72 Max: $39.64
Under the direct supervision of the coding supervisory, the Credentialed Coder is responsible for the assignment of all ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 Diagnostic and Procedural Codes for all Inpatient, Outpatient, Ambulatory Surgery and Observation and clinic encounters. The Credentialed Coder will abstract each coded record into the Electronic Health Records, and where applicable assign the appropriate MS-DRG and release the record for financial reimbursement.
Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION:
RHIA, RHIT, CCS or CPC preferred.
B. EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of one (1) year coding experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CCS or CPC preferred.

Inside environment, protected from the weather. Occasionally, subjected to combative customer, variable noise levels and is also subject to rapid pace, multiple stimuli and unpredictable environment.

8) sit for extended periods of time;
9) lift, carry, push or pull objects that weigh up to 25 pounds.
