Job Description Tyto has an opening for
RF Engineer to maintain a comprehensive and current file ofresearched information and developed analysis into NASIC's Dynamic Information Operations Decision Environment (DIODE) and Links Nodes (L N) intelligence databases on an assigned C4 regional focus and shall provide input in at least two updates annually to DIODE/L N databases. The successful candidate shall produce technical assessments, report analytical results in textual, html, and ArcGIS formats, support the intelligence needs of special NASIC, Air Force, and DoD programs, and ensure configuration control and consistency between the working databases and the finished products. In coordination with the Government, the candidate shall report progress to the Pentagon's Joint Service Initiative (JSI) program office on a bi-annual basis.
Responsibilities: - Knowledge of Space and Counterspace Command Control (C2) Systems and processes; Tasking, Collection, Process, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) processes; Anti-Satellite Capability; NAVWAR Assessments; Advanced technologies; and Modeling Simulation (M S) Tool Development
- Analyze all source data to perform scientific and technical analysis on Command and Control (C2) and associated process analysis.
- analyze/determine command, control, communications, and computers (C4) transmittal means (links and nodes)
- Utilizing various databases; perform data mining for link-and-node analysis
- Extract or locate space control networks from various data sources.
- Determine organizational structure and adversary capabilities.
- Support Government creation of new analysis, production, and dissemination finished intelligence products.
- Coordinate with the Flight Leads and Flight PIA to set business practice standards and production goals to meet the mission needs.
Required: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a minimum 5 years of telecommunications analysis experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the intelligence community
- Expertise in telecommunications, physical networks (SATCOM, RF, HF/VHF/UHF, fiber optics), logical networks (switches, routers, IP addresses), and understanding how data flows.
- Experience in reverse engineering of communications networks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of NASIC Analytic and Reports (NAR) and NASIC Analytic Bulletins (NAB)
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with consent to CI polygraph
Highly Desired: - Experience with NASIC/WMX Dynamic Information Operations Decision Environment (DIODE)
- Master's degree in electrical engineering
- Experience with Modeling Based System Engineering (MBSE) processes and tools
