Join to apply for the Replenishment Manager-99 role at Michaels Stores Store - MIAMI KENDALL, FL Lead and support inventory management, merchandising standards, and store maintenance. Ensure the store is well merchandised and in-stock to enhance customer shopping experience. Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products. Major Activities Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results. Manage truck processes, lead teams to meet standards, and achieve KPIs. Support the planogram (POG) process and AD set processes. Implement shrink and safety programs. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Maintain seasonal sets and visual merchandising standards. Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, training, and performance management of team members. Promote a respectful and positive work environment, embodying the organization’s values. Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions. Support Omni channel processes. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production. Other Duties As Assigned Preferred Skills and Certifications Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred. Physical Requirements Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves with ladders or similar equipment. Work Environment Public retail store setting, climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, and work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings. Applicants must meet legal requirements.
