Remote Inside Sales Specialist - Part Time

Location: Remote Home Office
Reports to: CEO, Sales and Marketing

What you will do

Are you an outgoing and motivated individual seeking a flexible work schedule? Join our team as a Remote Inside Sales Specialist and enjoy the opportunity to work a few days per week while making a significant impact on our business growth. You will collaborate closely with the head of marketing and the sales team to identify and qualify prospects through cold and warm calling and strategic prospecting. This role offers a ramp-up period to help you understand our business and receive comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold and warm calls to potential clients to identify and qualify prospects.
  • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute outreach strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through research and engagement using ZoomInfo, HubSpot and LinkedIn.
  • Understand and communicate the value of our solutions to prospects.
  • Document and track interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and lead generation targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the company’s products, services, and industry.
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Compensation Structure:
  • Hourly pay plus commissions based on sales appointments set.
