Job Title: Remediation Project Manager
Location: Hybrid / Flexible (U.S. Based, California preferred)
$115,000 - $150,000 DOE | Employee-Owned Company

Our client is an employee-owned environmental consulting firm seeking an experienced Remediation Project Manager to join their growing team. What You'll Do:

  • Lead cradle-to-grave management of environmental remediation projects-from proposal through execution and closure.

  • Oversee and execute remedial activities , including fieldwork, performance monitoring, and system oversight.

  • Manage projects involving VOCs, petroleum hydrocarbons , and other complex contaminants.

  • Operate and maintain soil vapor extraction (SVE) systems ; experience with system design is a strong plus.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.

  • Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in environmental consulting, including site remediation.

  • At least 2 years of full project management experience.

  • Proven experience with remedial technologies and contaminant chemistry , especially VOCs and petroleum hydrocarbons.

  • Direct experience with SVE O&M ; design experience preferred.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license in California , or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire .

  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
