Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Longmont, CO
Pay: $21.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
Lacuna Autism Services is expanding to Longmont, CO, and we’re looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! Our RBTs provide high-quality in-clinic and in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them build meaningful skills and confidence through compassionate, evidence-based care.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-clinic or in-home for children ages 0–12.
Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
Collect accurate data on client progress and communicate updates with your supervising BCBA and client families.
Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to delivering consistent, high-quality care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
What You’ll Need
Active RBT certification through the BACB.
Ability to pass a background check.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for in-home sessions).
Prior RBT or ABA experience preferred.
A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive.
Physical Requirements
Ability to run, squat, kneel, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Frequent movement, bending, and playing actively with children.
Must be able to respond quickly to ensure client safety during sessions.
