Description

OBJECTIVE: The Red Bull On-Premise Execution Manager (OPEM) is responsible for Red Bull ground level execution in the Baton Rouge and Lafayette markets. They will work independently managing assigned C+ account universe and then also with the sales representatives in their assigned accounts to increase distribution, visibility and sales in the On Premise. Responsible for coaching, developing, and training the Account Managers who touch Red Bull in the On Premise, all while providing quality customer service and maintaining brand standards.

The OPEM will also serve as the direct liaison between Crescent Crown Distributing and Red Bull (Supplier). They will disseminate all Red Bull communication to the appropriate On-Premise Directors/DMs, including Red Bull initiatives, targets, action plans, trainings, etc. They will have the responsibility to manage the Red Bull brand at the distribution level and ensure delivery of the Annual Business Plan.

Qualifications

Requirements (including any physical requirements) include, but not limited to:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age;
  • Undergraduate college degree or five (5) years of related management experience;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience;
  • Valid Louisiana driver's license and acceptable driving record;
  • Reliable personal vehicle available for regular business use and maintenance of minimum required automobile insurance;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with little or no supervision;
  • Excellent customer relations skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Reports to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensures that work responsibilities are covered when absent;
  • Extended hours will be required as On-Premise market service needs dictate;
  • Ability to work under stress;
  • Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
Preferred:
  • Consumer product industry sales experience.
  • Alcoholic beverage industry sales experience.
  • Beer industry sales experience.
