Job Description
MedReview is searching for a skilled and experienced recruiter/HR generalist proficient in large volume recruiting to identify candidates to fill a variety of open positions. This is a new role. The primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates for interviews, conducting interviews, and managing communications with all applicants. They will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that will assist in streamlining the hiring process and ensure open positions are filled with top-performers within proposed deadlines. They will be working with hiring managers to identify position requirements, create job postings and assist with onboarding new hires.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Handles job posting/sourcing and advertisement processes.
- Handles communication with a wide variety of candidates.
- Conducts applicant tracking, score cards and other metrics for recruitment reporting.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Conducts initial screening of candidates, schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions, scoring and other related matters to interviewing.
- Creates updates on status of recruitment and monthly reports.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process.
- Helps to facilitate employee orientation for new hires to guarantee successful onboarding.
- Handles general HR matters with regards to events, onboarding, offboarding, retention, and orientation.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
