Job Description

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to to join our client’s growing team Onsite in Warrenville, IL . As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and selecting top talent to support our client’s growth. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying qualified candidates to extending offers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in high-volume full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.

  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, administering assessments, and providing feedback to hiring managers.

  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process.

  • Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.

  • Provide accurate and timely updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $51.00 per hour
