Job Description

One of the largest tech companies based in Redmond, WA is hiring multiple Early Career Recruiters to support the University Recruiting Team.

About the role:

+ 100% remote but must reside within the U.S, can support any time-zone within the U.S

+ Compensation: $40/hr.

+ Contract length: 2 months to start off with potential for extension/conversion.

Job Description:

As a Recruiter in the Early in Profession team, your role will be to support various hiring motions across diverse organizations. You will either be handling full lifecycle Recruiting or focusing on Closing for events style hiring. This role requires you to understand the recruiting lifecycle in a large organization and be able to execute quickly while keeping quality and experience in the forefront to achieve business hiring objectives. The purpose of this team is to source, screen, facilitate interviews, and manage offer negotiations to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization.

Hard Skills

+ Minimum 3 years experience with talent acquisition ideally with full cycle experience.

+ Minimum 3 years experience with basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures.

+ Minimum 3 years experience with previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

+ Experience with early careers

Soft Skills

+ Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers.

+ Proficiency in performing searches for qualified candidates using various resources.

+ Ability to screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.

+ Excellent communication skills to inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits and job or career opportunities in organizations.

+ Ability to ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines.

+ Proficiency in managing offer negotiations and closing strategy, looping in support from hiring team, HR, and compensation as needed.
