Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our core values: marketing first, client-focused, and results-driven.If you are a motivated and experienced auctioneer looking to join a team that values hard work, dedication, and client satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities•Helping to create and manage live or online auctions•Networking and marketing to attract potential buyers•Collaborating with our team to ensure a seamless and successful auction process•Providing an unmatched 5-star experience for our clients•Team lead on the auction side of the company•We are looking to expand our services and will add a land auction service to the company•Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home•Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume•Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process•Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business•Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipelineQualifications•Must be a licensed auctioneer•Proven experience in conducting live and online auctions•Strong networking and marketing skills•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Ability to work collaboratively with our team to create the best auction experience for our clients•A valid Real Estate License is required for this job•Tech savvy•Past sales experience is preferred•Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth•Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)•Show good organizational and time management skills Coulee Land Company
