• Follow the strategic plan set by the Land team
• Develop your database and refine communication skills specific to this industry
• Proactively generate leads in the Land real estate market
• Ensure prompt follow-up on leads to nurture potential clients
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Skillfully close appointments to drive sales in the niche market
• Demonstrate strong sales abilities to successfully close deals
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals
• Benefit from extensive training and ongoing support throughout your journey

• Must possess a valid real estate license or in the process of getting one
• Proficient in maintaining effective and clear communication
• Demonstrated experience in the sales industry, preferably within the real estate sector
