Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

We are looking to add a Quality Manager to the team! This hire will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the quality assurance process, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations. Daily tasks include conducting quality audits, implementing quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Job Details Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control systems that align with company objectives and meet regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and provide them with the necessary training and support.
- Collaborate with other department heads to establish quality standards for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
- Conduct audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Analyze production data and customer feedback to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Manage non-conformities by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and present quality reports to the top management.
- Participate in the product development process to ensure quality considerations are addressed from the initial stages.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve any quality-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality assurance and quality management
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is a plus
