Position: QA Tester 
Location: Plano, Texas 75024
Duration:12 months assignment

Assessment test is mandatory (Glider)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through rigorous testing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues and improve application performance.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on quality and usability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in software development.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in software testing are a plus.

Pay Range: $65/hr. - $70/hr. W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
