Salary: Up to $56.10 per hour

LPR International is seeking a Protestant Gospel Musician (PGM) based at Nellis AFB, NV. The Protestant Gospel Musician (PGM) shall provide musical selections on the piano or keyboard for the Protestant Gospel Service. The PGM shall also assist the Protestant Gospel Worship Leader (Volunteer) in teaching music to the choir and other musicians in support of the Protestant Gospel Worship Service at Nellis AFB, NV.

Job Duties:

• The PGM shall play piano/keyboard or guitar in an appropriate gospel style for the Protestant Gospel Worship Service, rehearsals, funerals, special holy days, holiday services, and other special services.
• Lead the choir.
• Organize and direct rehearsals for church choirs, bands, and vocalists.
• Lead worship services and musical programs during church services, events, and special occasions.
• The PGM must be able to work in a multi-denominational and pluralistic religious environment to include, but not limited to, Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, and Islamic faiths.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education. Minimum qualifications include: four years of experience reflecting proficiency in playing the piano/keyboard or guitar; vocal performance; proficiency in playing gospel style music; proficiency in sight-reading and leading gospel music; and the ability to recruit, work with, and lead volunteers and other contractors.
