PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a Full Time Property Manager for an amazing 304-unit apartment community located in Carson, CA. Offering a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment

Compensation:

• $26.00-$30.00 per hour./ 40 hours/week.
• Free 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment valued at $2,700 per month

Job Requirements Include:

• A minimum of 3 plus years experience managing 250-unit plus Class A property.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to effectively supervise team members and vendors.
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to live on-site.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi

• Must live on-site
• One weekend day is required
• Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
• A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
