Overview:

I am seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects . This role requires a strong background in managing project budgets, developing schedules, and defining scopes of work. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of driving solar projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of C&I solar projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop, track, and manage detailed project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
• Define scopes of work and coordinate with internal teams
• Oversee procurement, permitting, and interconnection processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the C&I solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, construction processes, and permitting.
• Demonstrated experience in budget creation and financial oversight.
• Proficiency in project scheduling
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
