\n What You’ll Do as a Project Manager:
\n • Lead with purpose: Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, delivering exceptional results.
\n • Collaborate for success: Partner with internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
\n • Own the process: Design timelines, track progress, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
\n • Stay proactive: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
\n • Drive results: Set performance goals, manage resources, and document team learnings to enhance future projects.
\n
\n What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
\n • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or commissioning HVAC, electrical, or industrial systems (required). Candidates with less than 3 years or more than 5 years of experience will not be considered.
\n• Strong communication and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
\n• Thrive in a  fast-paced, dynamic environment  where no two days are the same.
\n• A  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
\n• A passion for delivering high-quality results and a proven track record in project management.
\n
\n Work Environment:
\nThis position is  fully onsite at our San Jose, CA facility. Candidates must be available to work in person during regular business hours.
