We’re looking for a dynamic Project & Traffic Manager (or similar) to become a key player in our growing team. What You’ll Do: Traffic Management: Coordinate and streamline the flow of creative assets and marketing materials across various departments and external partners to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Project Oversight: Manage and track marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, digital, and brand teams to ensure that all marketing campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and delivered with precision. Prioritization: Use your strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring marketing efforts run smoothly across multiple channels. Problem Solving: Think on your feet and offer innovative solutions to challenges that may arise during the execution of campaigns. Client Interaction: Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout project execution.

Job Requirement:What We’re Looking For: Experience: 5+ years in automotive marketing or agency experience, with a proven track record of managing and executing high-impact campaigns. Skills: Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a positive, can-do attitude. Knowledge of Automotive Industry jargon and OEMs a plus. Work Ethic: A self-starter with a killer work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, digital, and leadership teams while maintaining a collaborative, positive work environment.
