To enable us to succeed in this large endeavor, we are looking for a Program Manager to play a critical role in managing on-time delivery operational objectives for Amazon Freight Less-Than-Truckload. Main areas of ownership include: (1) building a roadmap for their program, (2) building mechanisms that enable operational excellence, (3) conducting analyses to inform strategic investments, and (4) driving innovation in operational processes and technology across Amazon Freight's Less-Than-Truckload network.

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
